We accept PayPal, PIPELINE Gift Card and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX) on our site. Payment is processed directly through PayPal.

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, the coupon value will only apply to merchandise items.

Your Pipeline Gift Card balance displays the total remaining balance of all Gift Cards that have been applied to your Pipelinegear.com account but not yet applied to a purchase. Purchases are deducted from your Pipelinegear.com Balance. Any unused Pipelinegear.com Balance will remain associated with your Pipelinegear.com account. If a purchase exceeds your Pipelinegear.com Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, tax will only apply to merchandise items.

To reload a Pipeline Gift Card, enter the serial number found at the lower left hand section and the amount you want to load on the card (starting from $10-$500).

Note: The serial number is on the gift card is 16 digits long and contains numbers and letters. It isn’t the claim code.

Pipeline International will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Pipeline gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. exchanged or resold or used for payment outside of www.pipelinegear.com or its affiliates and cannot be redeemed for cash.

By using a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Pipelinegear.com, and its affiliates. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards or refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an Pipelinegear.com account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions. 

Only one offer may be redeemed at a time. No two promo codes or offers may be combined at any time.

Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information and promotional codes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. For assistance please email support@pipelinegear.com.

Upon submitting your order, you will see one pending authorization for each attempt made to place your order. If you did not receive an order number at order completion, then you may have entered the incorrect billing address. We recommend contacting your bank to verify the billing address on your account before trying your order again. If you see multiple pending authorizations, it could be that you entered your billing information incorrectly and tried multiple times. These pending authorizations will be removed from your bank account within 3-5 business days.

Pending authorizations are temporary holds on your credit line that guarantees available funds for the purchase costs. An authorization is not a charge to your account. The authorization is removed once the transaction is complete. Although pending authorizations usually last for 3 – 5 business days, the duration of these authorizations can vary. Please contact your bank for their policy regarding authorization holds.

Promo codes may not be combined and may not apply on already discounted items. We only support promotional codes that were issued through pipelinegear.com and not through a third-party site. Other exclusions may apply. All hybrid and accessories are EXCLUDED from all promo codes and sitewide promotions!
